That is why I do not find mere “function holders”, but people who are firmly rooted in life because they have climbed mountains and crossed valleys | People who know that growth is the sum of trust, courage, success and failure | People who enable companies and employees to accomplish extraordinary things and lead them to long-term success.

Only those who dare to fail can truly achieve their goals and be successful. I experience it, I observe it and I strive for it – where necessary, I also fight for it. Finding precisely these personalities and thus creating appropriate cultures and environments is what drives me – it is the goal I strive for.

I am different | With an eye for the extraordinary

Since early 2018, I have been living with my husband and cat in Hamburg, and since November 2020 on our sailboat. I live and work there on and below deck | It is where I meet guests, visitors and clients. And from there I set off – for assignments and encounters, or out into nature.

The name of our boat, the “Maitrı̄” (from the Sanskrit), is an expression of what we want to embody in life and what we offer: a place of kindness, of welcome, of sharing and enjoyment.
