We have the ability to create environments in which other people feel comfortable. Environments that they look forward to in the morning, in which they will perform with enthusiasm, after which they will look back on the day fulfilled with the feeling of having accomplished something meaningful, and looking forward to the prospect of returning the next day.
I experience it, I observe it and I strive for it – where necessary, I also fight for it. An outstanding leader creates this environment from within. It is the duty of those in charge of companies to attract them. Finding people like this and supporting those in charge in creating appropriate cultures and environments is my drive.
Personalities who reflectively know what is important for companies to have a lasting effect instead of just staying in operation – these are executives who can create long-term success and profitability. When these personalities shape for the sake of responsibility, for the company, when they secure their team the accolades of the market and do not bill for their own efforts, then they are outstanding, leave their mark and provide a sense of orientation.
